I just wanted to take the opportunity to share my experiences with Custom Touch Homes. I have heard many times of the repeated headaches that building a house can bring to a potential buyer. I am pleased to report that I did not have that same experience. In fact, any issues that were encountered during construction were corrected quickly and adequately. In my opinion, this is the mark of a conscientious builder.

   As one who has been consulted to perform structural investigations outlining the construction inadequacies of some of your local competitors, I know firsthand the difference a quality builder can make. Every time I perform such an investigation for an unhappy homeowner, I am constantly reminded of how happy I am both with the quality of Custom Touch Homes construction and with the value provided. Quite frankly, I am amazed at the amount of features and choices that were considered standard.

   In short, if I were to build another house, I would not hesitate to hire Custom Touch Homes again as my builder. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job and making building a new home such a pleasure.
